Privacy policy

Introva is built privacy-first. This explains what we collect, what we deliberately don’t, and the control you have.

What we collect

• Account: your email address and a securely hashed password.
• Profile: the details and links you choose to publish, and any photo you upload.
• Contacts shared back: if a visitor uses “share your info back”, the details they submit are stored for you.
• Tap counts: we record that a card was tapped, the day, and the source (NFC, QR, or link) so you can see basic analytics.

What we don’t collect

We do not log visitors’ IP addresses and we do not track who viewed your page. Tap analytics are counts, not identities. We don’t sell your data or share it for advertising.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. Public profile pages set no cookies at all.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe under its own privacy policy. We receive confirmation and shipping details for fulfilment, not your full card number.

Your rights

You can export everything we hold about you as JSON, or permanently delete your account and data, at any time from your dashboard. Deletion removes your profile, links, visit history, and account.
