Production & delivery
Introva cards are made to order. Most orders are produced within 2–3 business days and shipped via standard mail; delivery typically takes a further 3–7 business days within the United States. You’ll get an email when your order ships.
Setup on arrival
Each card arrives with a claim slip. Go to /claim, enter the code on the slip, and follow the steps to set up your page. Your card is inert until you claim it, so it’s safe in transit.
Returns
Because each card is personalized to your link, we can’t accept returns of activated cards. If your card arrives damaged or doesn’t work, email us within 30 days and we’ll replace it free of charge.
